At Gem Creation Jaipur, we ensure safe, timely, and secure delivery of all gemstones and custom orders to customers across India and worldwide. Please read our shipping policy to understand processing time, delivery options, and tracking information.
1. Order Processing Time
Standard processing time: 2–4 business days for ready stock items.
Custom and bulk orders may take 7–21 business days, depending on design, cutting, polishing, and quantity.
We will notify you if there is any delay due to production, quality checks, or stone availability.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We ship all orders using trusted courier partners such as DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, India Post, and Speed Post.
Delivery time: 3–7 business days (location dependent)
Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
COD is not available due to the value of gemstones.
3. International Shipping
We offer secure worldwide shipping via:

Aramex
India Post International
Delivery time:
Express shipping: 5–10 business days
Standard shipping: 10–20 business days
International shipping charges vary based on the destination, parcel weight, and customs regulations.
4. Shipping Charges
Domestic shipments: Free shipping or standard charges, depending on order value.
International shipments: Charges are calculated at checkout or shared manually for wholesale/custom orders.
Bulk orders may receive discounted shipping rates.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international buyers, customs duties, VAT, import fees, and local taxes (if any) are not included in product or shipping prices.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Customs clearance delays are beyond our control.
6. Packaging & Safety
All gemstones are packed with:
Multi-layer protective packaging
Tamper-proof sealing
Waterproof outer layer
Bubble wrap & secure gemstone boxes
We ensure every parcel reaches you safe, secure, and damage-free.
7. Order Tracking
Once shipped, we will send you:
Tracking number
Courier partner name
Live tracking link
Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
8. Lost / Damaged Shipments
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier.
Reporting damaged parcels must be done within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
