2. Products & Services
A. Gemstones
We sell natural, semi-precious, precious, and synthetic gemstones including:
Loose stones
Calibrated sizes
Custom cuts
Fancy shapes
Bulk/wholesale lots
B. Custom Orders
Custom gemstone orders (specific sizes, shapes, or designs) are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production begins.
C. Availability
All products are subject to availability.
If an item is out of stock, we will inform you and offer alternatives.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices are displayed in INR or USD, depending on order type.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Wholesale and custom order pricing is shared on request.
We accept payments through:
Bank Transfer
UPI
Online Payment Links
International Wire Transfer
Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
4. Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed:
You will receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
For custom orders, details such as size, shape, and color will be confirmed before starting production.
Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Domestic and international shipping is available through reputed courier partners.
Delivery time varies by location and order type.
Tracking details are shared after dispatch.
Delays caused by customs, weather, courier agencies, or unforeseen factors are beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Returns are accepted only for damaged, incorrect, or defective products and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
We do NOT accept returns for:
Custom orders
Calibrated lots made for your requirement
Bulk/wholesale parcels
Used or mounted stones
Color variations due to natural differences or screen display

7. Product Quality & Authenticity
Gem Creation Jaipur ensures accurate grading, measurement, and quality control of all gemstones.
Natural gemstones may contain inclusions or slight color variations, which are not considered defects.
Certificates (GIA, IGI, local labs) are available on request at additional cost.
8. International Duties & Taxes
For international orders:
Customs duties, VAT, import fees, and local taxes are not included in the product price.
These charges must be paid by the customer.
We are not responsible for customs delays.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including:

Images
Logos
Product descriptions
Brand name
Layout and design

10. Limitation of Liability
Gem Creation Jaipur is not liable for:
Losses due to delayed shipments
Misuse of products
Color differences caused by device screens
Damage caused after delivery
Losses incurred due to incorrect address provided by the customer
Our liability is limited to the product value only.
11. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Custom and bulk orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
