Return & Refund Policy – Gem Creation Jaipur
At Gem Creation Jaipur, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure every gemstone is carefully inspected, accurately graded, and securely packed before dispatch. Since gemstones are delicate and often custom-made, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and industry-appropriate.
1. General Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
The item must be unused, unmounted, and in original condition.
Note:
We do not accept returns for reasons based on color variation or personal preference, as gemstone color may differ slightly due to lighting, natural variations, and screen settings.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of gemstones and custom work, the following items cannot be returned:
Custom-cut gemstones
Made-to-order sizes or shapes
Calibrated lots created specifically for your order
Designer shapes/fancy cuts tailored to your requirement
Bulk/wholesale parcels
Synthetic gemstones cut on demand
Items purchased during clearance or special pricing
Gemstones that have been mounted, scratched, or used
3. Return Process
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Provide:
Order number
Clear photos and videos of the item
Parcel opening video (if available)
Our team will verify the issue and approve the return if eligible.
The product must be shipped back within 7 days after approval.
Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the mistake is from our side.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only when:
The returned item is received and inspected.
The gemstone is in original, unused condition.
Once approved:
Refund will be issued to your original payment method or bank account.
Refund processing time: 5–10 business days.
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
Custom orders
Wholesale/bulk parcels
Change-of-mind returns
Natural inclusions, minor color differences, or variations typical of gemstones
5. Replacement Policy
If the product is damaged or incorrect, we offer:
Free replacement (if the same item is available)
Or store credit (if item is out of stock)
Custom orders will be remade only when the error is from our side.
6. International Return Policy
For international shipments:
Returns are accepted only for damaged/incorrect items.
Customs duties, return shipping, and additional charges must be paid by the buyer.
Refund is issued after the item is safely returned to us.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of payment.
Orders that have entered production or have been shipped cannot be canceled.
